Here sits a nicely treed lot with almost two acres, a nice two car detached garage, some nice trees and a cute little mobile home. This is a pretty uncommon in Ouray County. Most small acreages are in subdivisions with covenants and restrictions. This one is NOT in an HOA. The home has City of Ouray water and sewer services, San Miguel Power and propane gas. The access is easy with a circular drive from one end of the property to the other. The trees are established and remind me of a park like setting. The mobile home is a 1992 model with two bedrooms and two baths. It has a nice sized kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The roof is shingled and has a nice pitch on it for the snow to shed. This property feels a little tucked away in the trees with the red cliffs behind it. It's pretty neat. Come see it for yourself.
